Parasmani Skills Pvt Ltd. is registered under Company registration Act with head office at Gurgaon. “Parasmani Skills” is started with the objective to be a key player as an assessing agency and incorporate the socio-economic background of the trainee in the assessment procedure so as to make the whole process more objective. During the process there would be different lesson learnt which would become a part of the assessment process. The second goal would be to introduce the voice of learner in the whole assessment process. This means that some of the selected trainees who have completed the training and have worked for more than one year would also be involved in preparing question bank. This would make the whole assessment process more practical and would also address the field requirement.

Our Mission & Vission

Parasmani is a hindi word which mean ‘Philosopher’s stone’ that converts iron into gold. The company is incorporated with same mission by contributing to the inclusive growth of individuals and organisation and contribute to the development of country by being a key player in assessment system.

Our vision is to help create large assessment system that consistently delivers the highest quality of assessment service with scale, speed and contribute to policy dialogue related to skill development. PM will focus on assessment of trainees with special focus on trainees coming from bottom of pyramid. This would involve assessment and once the assessment is complete then a systematic attempt would be made to understand the performance of students belonging to BoP. The thrust would be to understand the challenges faced by BoP trainees and document the same. This study would also address the key question as to how it could be improved so that they become part of mainstream development..
